Join Our Team Ken's Sports of Green Bay is looking for a motivated, customer focused Finance Manager to join our growing powersports dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, lenders, and a fast paced sales environment while helping create an exceptional purchase experience. As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers protect their investments, secure financing, and enjoy a seamless buying experience from purchase through delivery. What You'll Do Guide customers through financing and lending options. Present finance, warranty, and protection products with integrity. Build strong relationships with lending partners. Ensure all transactions remain compliant with state and federal regulations. Prepare financing documentation accurately and efficiently. Coordinate customer deliveries and final paperwork. Collaborate closely with sales, parts, and service departments. Help maintain a positive customer experience throughout the buying process. Support dealership initiatives, manufacturer programs, and operational improvements. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Customer focused and relationship driven. Highly organized and detail oriented. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional and ethical in every customer interaction. Self motivated with strong problem solving skills. A team player who enjoys helping others succeed. Preferred Qualifications Finance and Insurance (F&I) experience Automotive or powersports dealership experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills.
