Finance and Lending Officer Duties:

• Secure loans for customers through multiple finance options
• Sale extended warranties and insurances (includes commissions)
• Prepare and submit Title and Registration for customers
• Assist with financial data entry
• Prepare Banking and Lender Financing applications
• Process invoices and payments
• Conduct financial analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Experience:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend financing options
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Customer service experience, particularly in retail sales
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers
