•Resource Analyst The Resource Analyst will support budget formulation and execution, financial reporting, procurement planning, and administrative operations. This role will track expenditures, reconcile financial records, support contract and asset planning, and serve as a key resource for senior leadership. Responsibilities Support annual budget development, execution, and reporting. Track expenditures and reconcile payments, reimbursements, and purchase-card activity. Prepare financial reports and coordinate budget modifications. Monitor procurement plans, expiring contracts, and asset replacement needs. Maintain financial records and support internal audits. Assist leadership with operational reporting and special projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field. Experience in budgeting, financial management, and procurement support. Experience developing forms or custom applications to improve administrative processes. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or a comparable ERP system. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
