What You'll Do ## What You'll Do As a Financial Education & Community Empowerment Partner, you'll help people learn how to make better money decisions and build a stronger financial future. You'll have real conversations, teach simple financial concepts, and help families find solutions that fit their needs. No high-pressure sales.

You'll:

• Teach people the basics of money, saving, and building wealth
• Help families understand life insurance, retirement, and other financial options
• Connect people with solutions that match their goals
• Meet new people and build relationships in your community
• Take part in financial education events and community outreach

• 5,000 per month, while full-time team members have the opportunity to earn much more based on their effort and results. Basic Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete state licensing requirements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for helping others and serving the community
• Self-motivated, coachable, and dependable
• Access to a smartphone or computer with reliable internet
• No previous financial services experience required.
