Deposit Operations Specialist
Job Description
Our deposit operations team is seeking a detail oriented critical thinker to join them in handling the operational side of the banking industry. This is the detailed work that happens 'behind the scenes' to keep our Family Owned and Trusted Bank operating with keen accuracy. This is a process oriented position, driven by task lists . This includes reconciliation, wires, debit/credit card processing, auditing and final balancing. The position requires the ability to think with a proactive mindset in a fast-paced team environment . Transparent and timely communication is a key to success. Experience in business, finance or accounting along with previous banking experience is preferred. Ability to understand, navigate and utilize several software programs throughout the day, is necessary . The deposit operations position is a high performing, detail-oriented position which requires the ability to use critical thinking/problem solving skills . Strong technical, math and reasoning skills. Accuracy with calculations. This position is performed in an office setting Monday-Friday 8a-5p. FCB offers a comprehensive benefit package.
