The role combines:

You will help keep the firm operating at its best by creating an exceptional client experience, keeping the firm's financial operations strong (for a qualified candidate), identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes, bringing organization and efficiency to daily operations, and taking ownership of responsibilities and following through You may be the person we are looking for if you are someone who: Has excellent judgment and takes ownership Is highly organized and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and confidently Enjoys helping people and solving problems Can be trusted with confidential information Works independently but values being part of a team Takes pride in doing things exceptionally well Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial operations, administrative roles, professional services, or law firms is valuable. Trust accounting experience is preferred but not required.
