FINANCE SPECIALIST

I. Job Purpose- To perform advanced and/or specialized finance duties. II. Main Duties and Responsibilities- Duties include but not limited to the following: Prepare money transfers Check the remittances in the banking software Check selective items from a general ledger account Prepare documents related to the export LC (Letter of Credit) and send them to the bank Review bank statements and file them accordingly Prepare daily and monthly financial reports Monitor and resolve AR aging Update and maintain suppliers' data; handle customers' accounts Provide critical insights into future expenses through detailed analysis and forecasting Perform other duties as assigned by management III.

Job Qualifications- Education:

(Required) bachelor's degree (Preferred) finance, accounting or related major or advanced degree in a related field

Experience:

(Required) 2+ years of relevant experience (Preferred) previous experience in the manufacturing industry

Language:

(Required) good command of written and spoken
