FINANCE SPECIALIST I - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site. This position requires a full background investigation which includes a review of current credit score. Credit score must be 660 or better. As a key member of the founding staff opening a new school, this position will play a critical role in ensuring a successful launch. The position is scheduled to begin work on January 2, 2026 . The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is skilled clerical work maintaining financial records and processing financial transactions in an elementary school or central office. This position receives, records, and deposits money; maintains records; and prepares reports as needed. This position performs work under the general supervision of a principal or assistant principal or program supervisor.
