Accounting & External Reporting Manager:

Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filing documentation. Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations. Prepare and oversee financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and financial reporting schedules. Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and technical accounting matters. Manage lease accounting processes, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
