Hybrid | East Hanover, NJ 07936 Role Overview Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a direct impact on corporate financial operations? In this hybrid contract role based in East Hanover, NJ, you will drive month-end close processes, oversee financial reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams across Group Finance, Tax, Treasury, and affiliate business units. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership. strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP principles. Hands-on experience with month-end close procedures, financial controls, and management reporting. Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice-to-haves:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Prior experience with fixed assets and manufacturing environments. Experience utilizing financial consolidation and reporting systems. Execute timely close activities, prepare manual journal entries, accruals, and manage cost cross-charges.

Analyze & Report Financials:

Analyze P&L and balance sheet movements, deliver variance commentary, and build presentation packages for CFO and finance leadership reviews.

Maintain Internal Controls:

Perform critical financial statement tie-outs, close-readiness checks, and ensure full audit and regulatory compliance.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with global finance, tax, and local affiliate teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies and manage intercompany billings.

Oversee Cash & Process Documentation:
