Responsibilities Assist customers with automotive financing options, including leasing and loan programs, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process Conduct credit analysis to determine eligibility and appropriate financing terms, adhering to all financial regulatory compliance standards such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and industry-specific regulations Prepare, review, and process loan contracts, title paperwork, and related documentation accurately using financial software and dealership management systems like CDK Engage in upselling of insurance products, extended warranties, and other add-on services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Negotiate loan terms with clients while maintaining compliance with automotive sales industry regulations and dealership policies Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership objectives Maintain detailed records of transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation ensuring accuracy through 10-key typing proficiency and basic math skills Experience Proven experience in automotive finance or a related financial services role, preferably with loan officer or dealership experience Strong background in customer relationship management, client communication, and sales negotiation techniques Familiarity with automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA and title processing procedures Knowledge of financial software systems such as CDK or similar dealership management tools Ability to perform detailed credit analysis and transaction structuring with precision using math skills and 10-key typing proficiency Experience in upselling insurance products or extended warranties within an automotive setting is a plus Demonstrated understanding of automotive financing processes, loan processing steps, and compliance with financial regulatory standards Embark on a rewarding career where your financial expertise fuels customer satisfaction!
