Every AT&T Representative receives hands-on coaching in customer service, communication, and professional sales. As an AT&T Representative, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, introduce available products and services, and help customers make informed decisions based on their individual needs. No previous wireless experience is required - we'll provide the training while you build the communication and sales skills that lead to long-term success. Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional experience from the first conversation. Listen to each customer's needs and recommend products and services that provide the best overall value. Answer questions, explain available options clearly, and help customers feel confident in their decisions. Assist customers throughout the process while ensuring information is complete, accurate, and easy to understand. Participate in ongoing AT&T Representative coaching focused on customer engagement, communication, and professional sales development. Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that enhance the customer experience while supporting overall sales goals. Build lasting relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and ongoing support for customers. Collaborate with fellow AT&T Representative team members to achieve shared sales goals while delivering an outstanding experience for customers. Qualifications of the AT&T Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Adaptable, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Interested in building professional sales experience and growing as an AT&T Representative while representing a nationally recognized brand.

Pay:

$3,850.00 - $4,700.00 per month
