Full Job Description Tax Relief Sales Opener Pay:

$40,000

•80,000 per year Are you comfortable starting conversations, asking the right questions, and helping people take action? Optimal is looking for a motivated Tax Relief Sales Opener to connect with individuals who may need help resolving their tax problems. You'll introduce prospects to our services, gather important information, and connect qualified leads with a sales closer. No tax relief experience is required. If you're confident on the phone, willing to learn, and motivated by results, we want to hear from you. What a Typical Day Looks Like Speak with new and existing leads by phone Learn about each prospect's tax concerns and financial situation Determine whether the prospect may qualify for our services Create interest and explain how Optimal may be able to help Connect qualified prospects with the closing team Follow up with leads who aren't ready to move forward immediately Keep clear and accurate records in the CRM You Could Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone Know how to listen, ask questions, and keep a conversation moving Are comfortable speaking with people experiencing financial stress Respond well to coaching and feedback Stay organized and follow up consistently Are dependable, competitive, and motivated to reach goals Can work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment Are comfortable learning new systems and technology Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but it is not required.
