Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Finance Salesperson to join our fast-paced dealership team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between customers and the financial services department, guiding clients through the financing process with confidence and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help customers secure the best loan options, enhance their vehicle purchasing experience, and build lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills, industry knowledge, and financial expertise to drive success for both our customers and our dealership. Duties Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present suitable automotive financing options Facilitate loan applications by collecting necessary documentation, performing credit analysis, and structuring deals that meet regulatory standards Utilize industry-specific software such as CDK (Dealer Management System) for transaction processing and record keeping Negotiate terms with lenders, ensuring compliance with all loan regulations including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and title processing requirements Upsell additional products such as automotive insurance, extended warranties, and other financial services to maximize customer value Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service Ensure all transactions adhere to dealership policies, automotive sales regulations, and financial regulatory compliance standards Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environment with a strong understanding of automotive industry regulations Prior loan officer experience or background in financial services is highly desirable Skilled in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financial software such as CDK or equivalent platforms Strong negotiation skills paired with the ability to structure deals effectively while ensuring compliance with loan regulations like TILA Basic math proficiency including 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry and calculations Knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, title procedures, and contract management within the automotive financing sector Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with automotive sales industry regulations, financial compliance standards, and insurance products Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences!
