The Opportunity As a Sales Opener, you will be the first point of contact for business owners who are actively seeking financial solutions. Qualified leads are provided, so there is no cold prospecting from scratch. Your job is to connect, listen, and set the stage for a solution that genuinely helps them. Openers are the engine of our sales floor, and we pay like it. Our openers get paid the same as our closers. We develop talent from within, with a clear path to grow your role and your income. What You'll Do Connect with qualified leads, business owners actively looking for financial solutions Build rapport quickly and understand each client's financial situation Qualify prospects and move them to the next step in the enrollment process Work closely with closers and senior staff to get clients enrolled Follow a proven process and receive ongoing coaching from senior staff and the GM Keep accurate records in our CRM and manage your daily pipeline Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Must Haves Sales experience in business funding, lending, finance, insurance, mortgages, or another phone based sales role Ability to work full time, Mon
