Permanent (Fully onsite) Short Job Summary Customer service and operations role supporting financial advisors by handling inbound calls, answering account/service questions, processing forms, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation while following company and compliance procedures. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from financial advisors. Answer questions about accounts, products, and services. Research and resolve customer issues; escalate when needed. Review, verify, and process forms and service requests. Follow company procedures, SLAs, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions. Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues. Manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy. Key Requirements 1+ year of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer issues. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Basic problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet. Financial services, banking, brokerage, or wealth management experience preferred.
