Cino and Salesforce Responsibilities:

Support the Banker in managing client relationships with Loans, Deposits/Treasury, and Service. Also work closing attorneys

Loans:

The position leads the effort in the pre-closing, closing and post-closing process for commercial loans, real estate loans, lines of credit and letters of credit. Initiate new loan opportunities and renewals in nCino Initiate new loan opportunities in Salesforce Review closing documents (pre-closing) Execute funding for closings; initiate wires Handle loan draw requests Review closed loan package (post-closing); prepare and process for booking Order appraisals Maintain weekly and monthly reports Manage (clear) financial statement and collateral exceptions

Deposits and Treasury:

Initiate new deposit account openings for clients and have awareness of all Treasury services to recommend new services to the assigned Banker. Handle new deposit accounts, daily inspection of overdrafts and NSF, wire transfers.

Customer Service Requirements:
