Learn Frontier products, services, promotions, and account options so you can confidently answer customer questions and support the sales process. Understand each customer's needs, preferences, and priorities to create valuable sales options. Clearly explain available service options, features, benefits, pricing details, and next steps in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account process, ensuring information is accurate and providing support when questions or concerns come up. Meet daily sales goals while supporting overall team performance. Participate in sales training and team meetings to strengthen sales, customer service, and communication skills. Work closely with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement, sales objectives, and a professional, team-focused retail environment. Skills and Qualifications of the Frontier Representative High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable speaking with customers in person. Ability to learn product information and communicate it clearly.
