Member Service Representative KUMC Credit Union Shawnee, KS Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Financial services customer support High school diploma or GED Cash handling Full Job Description KUMC Credit Union is seeking a part-time (20 to 25 hours a week) Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions efficiently, accurately and with excellent member service. This in person position may require you to work at either of our 2 locations and will have some Saturday hours.

Daily Task:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service while looking for opportunities to deepen the member relationship.
• Perform traditional functions to include daily balancing of a cash drawer in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process financial transactions including check cashing, funds transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Service existing accounts.
• Provide complete and accurate information concerning credit union services, policies, and procedures.
• Assess member needs and identify opportunities to help members by recommending additional products, services, or referrals.
• Provide information and offer solutions on basic deposit products, credit card products, and services that could benefit members.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. KUMC Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
