Job Description

H.P.C. Credit Union is hiring Member Service Representatives for our Alpena locations. Responsibilities include cash handling, answering phones, digital scanning, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Applicants should be professional, personable, member-focused, and possess excellent customer service skills and mathematical aptitude. Computer and technology skills are required for this position. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(K), life and disability insurance, and paid leave. (Waiting period for benefits may apply.)
