Cannon Falls, MN or Sioux Falls, SD Job Summary The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for providing Cash Management Digital Banking onboarding, support and operational tasks for affiliated 215 Holding Company banks serving communities in southern Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa. This role serves as the initial point of contact for Digital Banking products and services, ensuring systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently for both customers and employees. The Digital Banking Specialist acts as the first level of internal support and escalation for Digital Banking-related issues, works on a team of employees supporting these services, and partners with vendors and internal teams. Essential Functions Coordinate Cash Management digital banking onboarding and support for various Digital Banking services which include Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Merchant Capture, ACH, Wires and Positive Pay Serve as the first level of internal support and escalation for digital banking-related issues, partnering with internal teams, customers, and vendors to troubleshoot problems Create and maintain procedures, knowledge base articles, reports, and operational documentation Process wire transfer transactions for affiliate banks Support other organization banking systems as requested through a ticketing system Utilize the document imaging program to virtualize customer documents Resolve banking software or hardware issues for affiliated bank employees, including account password resets Order affiliated bank hardware Competencies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and leadership Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking products, services, and related banking systems Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to research multifaceted issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions Delivers attentive customer service and a seamless digital banking experience Interprets written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions using sound judgment and concise oral and written communication Balance operational support priorities through disciplined organization and efficient time management Works independently with initiative and meticulous attention to detail while collaborating productively with cross-functional teams Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to quality, ethics, and integrity Qualifications Strong understanding of online banking, mobile banking, payments, ACH, wires, account opening, authentication, and digital customer experience Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and support escalations Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Job Type This is a full-time position at our Cannon Falls, MN or Sioux Falls, SD locations. Full-time hours are approximately 34-40 hours/week. Education and Experience 2+ years of banking customer support, digital banking administration, or related banking technology experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Banking, or related Technology field preferred Compensation Pay range: $20
