Co-calling with lending team members on major business prospects to offer senior executive access and secure key customer relationships. Pipeline Management & Credit Partnership Managing and forecasting the department-wide lending pipeline to ensure deal velocity and steady portfolio growth. Partnering collaboratively with the Chief Credit Officer, credit analyst, and Loan Processing team to ensure swift, smooth deal handoffs and clear communication within the established credit risk policies.
