No previous financial industry experience is required. As a Financial Professional, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what they've built and prepare for the future through insurance, retirement, and investment solutions. Meet with clients in person and virtually to understand their goals and financial priorities. Recommend insurance and financial solutions designed around each client's needs. Prepare for and earn professional licenses and certifications with company support. Manage your schedule, client relationships, and business with the support of an experienced team. What We're Looking For We're less concerned with your resume than your character.
Successful candidates are typically:
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial. Coachable and eager to learn. Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships. Comfortable asking for business and developing new connections. Organized and dependable. Positive, resilient, and goal-oriented. Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Experience in sales, athletics, coaching, education, military service, customer service, business ownership, healthcare, hospitality, or leadership is helpful—but not required. What We Provide Comprehensive paid training and professional development. Company-paid study materials and support for Life & Health insurance licensing. Company-paid preparation for the SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 securities licenses. Continuing education opportunities, including advanced professional designations through The American College of Financial Services. One-on-one mentorship from experienced financial professionals. A supportive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and long-term success. Why This Career This career offers opportunities that are difficult to find in a traditional corporate role: Uncapped earning potential based on your effort and results. Professional education and licensing provided by the company. Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management. Meaningful work helping individuals, families, and businesses build financial security. Career autonomy with flexibility to build your own client base, manage your schedule, and shape your long-term career.
Compensation Performance-based compensation includes:
Training allowance during your first year (approximately $30,000). Bonuses and performance incentives with significant earning potential. Commissions and long-term renewal income with no cap on earnings. Successful Financial Professionals commonly build six-figure incomes as they grow their practice. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required. MBA holders, sales professionals, and those with management experience may qualify for our Accelerated Path to Management program.
