Job Description
ISO Representative - Business Funding CapNova Funding is growing our team and looking for motivated ISO Representatives to work with us in person. Our reps focus on building relationships with business loan brokers, ISO's, and brokerages and becoming a reliable funding partner for the deals they bring in. This is a relationship-driven sales position. You'll be connecting with broker firms, developing new relationships, staying in contact with your network, and helping bring qualified business funding opportunities to CapNova. What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with business funding brokers, ISOs, and brokerages Reaching out to new broker partners and introducing CapNova Following up and staying in contact with existing relationships Learning our funding programs and understanding what types of deals we can take Helping brokers find funding solutions for their deals Growing and managing your own network of broker partners Working closely with our team to get deals submitted and funded Building long-term relationships instead of chasing one-off deals What We're Looking For Motivated and driven individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable talking to people and making new connections Competitive mindset Coachable and willing to learn Someone who wants to grow in the business funding industry Previous MCA/business funding experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer In-person training Competitive commission structure Ongoing support and coaching Opportunity to build your own broker network Growth opportunities within the company Performance-based earning potential A team environment where motivated people can grow You don't need to know everything about business funding on day one.
