The position requires working every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at approximately 40 hours per week. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with every Wednesday and Sunday off. Duties and Responsibilities:

Accept face-to-face, telephone, and online loan applications Prepare loans for underwriting approval Disburse loan funds and fully explain loan disclosures Develop and present loan counteroffers where appropriate Cross-sell other credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs Open new accounts and assist members with account discrepancies Assist teller line, maintaining and being accountable for a balanced cash drawer Achieve monthly branch goals Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and trust Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Exhibit professional telephone and email etiquette
