Digital Banking Specialist

VP Treasury Management

Digital Banking Job Summary:

The Digital Banking Specialist has a working knowledge of the products and services designed for consumer and business customers and performs customer setups on the system, implementation and onboarding, reviews customer agreements for completeness, monitors product usage and system operations and resolves problems within given authority. Additionally, assist with various other eBanking operations duties or special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and comply with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position and adhering to all company policies Provide Treasury Management support by coordinating implementations for new and existing clients Prepare and track customer agreements, authorizations, and approvals Responsible for providing timely, informative reports to customers on the status of product implementations Provide high-quality customer support for consumer digital banking, business digital banking, and Treasury Management products and other electronic services Provide administrative, technical, and troubleshooting support for the customers and personal bankers Ensure successful, accurate, and timely implementation of Treasury Management Services Assist daily digital banking reporting, monitoring, maintenance, and audit needs Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and alphanumeric data entry. Experience with Fiserv software applications or other banking related applications a plus. Ability to communicate clear, concise information to customers/co-workers. Ability to identify the best method to communicate information for each situation. Ability to function as a team member and works well independently. Self-motivated. Ability to prioritize workload for maximum efficiency, execute transactions with minimal errors, ensure quality work product, and demonstrate accountability for work and actions. Ability to seek process improvement through resources. Must be detail-orientated with the ability to self-prioritize
