We are a growing debt validation and relief company hiring motivated Sales Representatives for our California office. In this role, you will handle warm inbound leads generated through direct mail and strategic marketing campaigns. You will speak with prospective clients, review their unsecured debt profiles, pull credit reports, and enroll qualified clients into debt validation programs through our affiliated law firms. We provide full initial training and ongoing mentorship. Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or looking to transition into high-ticket phone sales, we provide the tools to build a massive pipeline quickly. Why Join Us?

What You'll Do:

Handle warm inbound leads from direct mail and RVM campaigns. Consult with prospective clients to review their financial hardships. Follow our proven qualification process and scripts to determine program eligibility. Pull consumer credit reports and accurately manage client profiles in our CRM. Enroll qualified clients into dedicated debt validation programs. Maintain compliant, ethical, and empathetic communication throughout the enrollment process.

What We're Looking For:

Confident, highly competitive, and performance-driven mindset. Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills. Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals. Comfort using CRM systems and reviewing basic financial/credit profiles. Experience in Mortgage, Debt Settlement, Tax Relief, Financial Services, or high-ticket sales is a plus, but not required. We will fully train the right individual.
