Fraud Analyst Reason for temp: Vacancy Work schedule: M-F, 9am-6pm

Duration:

6 months, possible t-h Hours a week they will work: 40 Review and analyze Verafin fraud alerts to identify and mitigate potential fraud activity Conduct fraud detection and prevention analysis across various channels Investigate suspicious transactions and escalate as necessary Utilize sound judgment to assess risk and recommend appropriate actions Support fraud mitigation efforts related to account takeover and payment channels Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Breach of Warranty (checks) Working knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, bill pay, and ATM transactions Experience identifying and investigating account takeover fraud Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, loss prevention, or investigations Professional certifications such as ACAMS, CFE, CAFS, or similar Experience working with Verafin Background in a credit union or financial institution back office environment
