Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented AML/KYC Analyst to support financial crime compliance activities for a long-term contract opportunity in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for professionals who can evaluate customer information carefully, apply regulatory standards consistently, and communicate findings with clarity. The role begins with a structured onsite training period and then transitions to a hybrid schedule, offering the chance to contribute to a high-volume review environment with performance-based earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Review customer records and related documentation to identify potential anti-money laundering and know-your-customer concerns in accordance with established procedures. Analyze account information, transactional details, and supporting materials to determine whether cases meet internal risk and compliance standards. Document review results thoroughly and accurately so that all decisions, findings, and supporting rationale are clearly recorded. Escalate higher-risk items, inconsistencies, or missing information to appropriate teams for additional review and resolution. Use spreadsheets and other tracking tools to organize case activity, monitor progress, and support reporting needs. Maintain productivity and quality expectations in a deadline-driven environment while following performance metrics. Participate in a required in-person training program and apply newly learned processes to day-to-day case reviews. Follow applicable controls related to personal investment account disclosure and trading restrictions as part of compliance expectations. Bachelor's degree required, plus at least 1 year of experience in AML, KYC, risk, compliance, financial crimes, and 3 years of functional experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information, recognize red flags, and make sound review decisions. Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data for tracking, analysis, and case documentation. Clear, precise written communication skills with the ability to create complete and accurate review notes. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in regulated or process-driven environments. Availability to attend 5 weeks of fully onsite training with no planned time off during that period (Hybrid after 5-week training - Days required in office: Tues, Wed and Thursday) Willingness to disclose outside investment accounts and comply with applicable account transfer or trading approval requirements.
