No prior experience in lien searches need, just a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and process municipal lien search requests by contacting city and county departments. Review public records for property-related liens, code violations, special assessments, and open/expired permits. Accurately enter and organize data into our system. Communicate with government offices via phone and email to obtain necessary information. Ensure reports are completed and delivered within strict deadlines. Work closely with the processing team to resolve discrepancies and verify information. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

No prior experience required! We will provide full training. Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making phone calls to city and county offices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software. Self-motivated with a work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in real estate, title, or municipal research is a plus but not required.
