Primary Areas of Responsibility Process Warranty claims submitted by Grand Design Dealer(s) Process Vendor Chargebacks for non-return parts from Dealer(s) Answer internal and external emails

same day Phone contact with Dealers with questions on Warranty Research Grand Design Parts to verify part numbers match what the Dealer is Secondary Areas of Responsibility Work closely with Dealer Relations on approved Pre-Authorizations compiling correct information: Manufacture, Model and Serial numbers, Pictures, Auth numbers from vendors etc.

Work with Regional Service Managers by processing claims in a timely manner for ISP's and retail Attend monthly staff Work with Vendors on VCB's and Authorizations when they have Education & Experience High School Diploma or RV Industry knowledge or Previous Customer Service Strong computer/typing Proficient in Word & Strong written & verbal communication Office Occasional time on shop Remote Access to Internet Our Core Values G ratitude
