Claims Liaison We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Claims Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between RV dealerships, manufacturers, and our internal team. Responsibilities Manage warranty and service claims submitted by RV dealerships. Work directly with manufacturers to maximize warranty claim approvals and coverage. Order and track replacement parts for dealership claims. Coordinate delivery of parts to ensure timely repairs. Maintain regular communication with dealerships, manufacturers, shipping providers, and drivers who the claims are against. Monitor the status of all open claims from start to finish. Keep detailed, accurate records of claims, parts orders, shipping updates, and communications. Resolve issues quickly while providing outstanding customer service. Prioritize multiple claims and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Experience in the RV, service, warranty, or parts industry is preferred but not required. Job Details Pay Rate starts at $20.00 an hour (higher with experience) Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 2 weeks paid vacation (after you have been employed for a year) 401K program where we match 4% (after you have been employed a year)
