Job Description

This position is in Insurance sales and service and will serve as clerical/administrative support to the Agents/Managers.

Required Competencies:

Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent computer skills; including use of email, excel, word, and internet applications Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Ability to take initiative on activities that will assist agents/managers Ability to work with varied personalities High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service Experience in P&C Insurance preferred
