Excellent customer service skills are a must!! Duties include greeting patients, check-in/check-out, collecting balances/co-insurance, scheduling appointments, assisting doctors, and other related administrative duties. We seek a person with an outstanding and pleasant personality who possesses multi-task capability. You must be extremely detail-oriented and must have superior computer and telephone skills. We need someone who wishes to grow with our company and who will be a key part of our team. You must be organized, friendly, and efficient, and genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people. You must be willing to be coached and possess a positive attitude. Experience in a similar position is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with insurance companies to check eligibility and referral requirements. This position requires flexibility in work schedules including being available to work early mornings, late afternoons, and possibly some Saturdays (one per month on average).
