Provides frontline claims administration support for class action cases, handling phone-based class member questions and claims processing under the direction of the General Manager.
Works from documented scripts and procedures for claim intake, class member questions, and data entry, escalating anything that falls outside the routine.
Balances live call volume with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks, re-prioritizing as case needs shift throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and eager to learn the mechanics of class action claims administration.
Ultimately, this role is part of Atticus' strategic execution to 'make our clients look good'. Key Responsibilities Class Member & Claimant Support
Serve as a live phone operator, answering general questions from class members and assisting them with filing claims.
Enter and update class member information accurately and promptly.
Communicate clearly and professionally with class members, including those who are frustrated or unfamiliar with the claims process. Claims Processing & Data Entry
Process claims and perform data entry in accordance with case-specific procedures.
Maintain organized, accurate, and retrievable claim files and records.
Support filing and document management for assigned cases. General Administrative Support
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the project team.
Take on other duties as assigned, adjusting to shifting case priorities. Qualifications Required
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required. What Will Set You Apart

Some legal experience, training, or education (e.g., paralegal background).
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
