Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST About the Role Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Processing Specialist to handle insurance documents on behalf of our financial institution clients. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of homeowner property insurance coverage. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage deadlines, and consistently deliver quality results, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Process insurance documents accurately and efficiently to ensure proper homeowner coverage and client satisfaction. Identify policy types (Townhome, Flood, Wind, etc.) and determine the necessary actions. Update client databases to meet regulatory obligations. Make timely premium payments from escrow accounts to maintain continuous coverage. Effectively manage multiple demands and priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards. Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents/carriers to verify information and update status. Uphold professionalism in all communications, demonstrating empathy and honoring Kelly Services values. Maintain strong internal relationships and support team goals. Ensure smooth transition of work both incoming and outgoing. Provide status updates and escalate issues or opportunities as required.
