We are looking for a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team! $40,000 a year

POSITION SUMMARY

To ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirements Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner. Obtain samples as needed Coordinate returns Make sure proper credits are received and applied Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
