Job Description:

QA Analyst - FHA/VA Mortgage Claims (Remote) Direct Hire | Full-Time | Remote (Equipment Provided) Seeking an experienced QA Analyst to perform quality assurance reviews of FHA, VA, USDA, and supplemental mortgage insurance foreclosure claims before submission. This role focuses on ensuring claim accuracy, resolving discrepancies, maintaining compliance with agency guidelines, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced mortgage servicing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality assurance reviews of FHA, VA, USDA, and supplemental foreclosure claims prior to submission. Verify claim calculations, loan data, supporting documentation, and compliance with agency and investor requirements. Identify and resolve claim discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness. Document QA findings, monitor quality trends, and assist with process improvements. Collaborate with claims processors and servicing teams to meet production and turnaround goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with FHA, VA, USDA, or supplemental foreclosure claims QA/QC and/or claims processing. Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, foreclosure claims, and the claims lifecycle. Experience reviewing FHA Part B, CWCOT, and VA claims is strongly preferred. Experience with LPS/MSP mortgage servicing platform is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
