Responsibilities:

Process medication prior authorizations Document accurately in the electronic medical record Communicate with providers, pharmacies, insurers, and patients Assist with medication orders and refills Support specialty pharmacy coordination Manage multiple tasks and special projects independently

Requirements:

Prior experience with medication authorizations (required) Recent medical administrative/medical office experience Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Experience with eClinicalWorks, NaviNet, and CoverMyMeds preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

5 days in office Post-training (with approval): 3 days in office / 2 remote
