Your Responsibilities As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for first notice of loss auto insurance claims. Filling/documenting claims for customers who have been in accident Assist customers with setting up repairs/rentals Communicate with medical and law professionals as well as other insurance providers Help customers follow-up on previously submitted claims Work closely with adjusters, managers and others through Claims process Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Qualifications:

Possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. College degree preferred but not required.
