Job Summary:

The Field Representative & Trainer plays a pivotal role in fostering positive provider relations and elevating the customer service experience. In addition, you will serve as the key conduit for provider education coordination, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring a thorough understanding of Medicaid policies. You will be working with providers and networks using knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations and will be responsible for onsite visits and provider education through specialized training, conducting in person workshops, and webinars. •This position is hybrid within the State of Wyoming, combining remote work with field-based responsibilities. Candidates should preferably reside in or near Natrona County (Casper), Campbell County (Gillette), Sheridan County (Sheridan), Park County (Cody or Powell), or Fremont County (Riverton or Lander) to support field coverage needs. •At this time, we are not considering candidates located in Laramie, Albany, Platte, Goshen, or Sweetwater counties.

Job Responsibilities:
