Our Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a driven, personable Producer to join our team. In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses find the right coverage for Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Business insurance while building a rewarding sales career with base pay, uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities. What You'll Do

• Generate new business through warm and outbound calls, digital leads, referrals, networking, and local community outreach.
• Get to know each client's needs and recommend Farmers Insurance products that fit their goals and budget.
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options in clear language, and guide prospects confidently through the sales process.
• Manage an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, consistent follow-up, and organized daily activity.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering excellent service, policy reviews, and support for existing policyholders.
• Work toward monthly production goals with coaching, training, and marketing support from the agency.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing Farmers product and underwriting training. What We're Looking For
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Insurance or sales experience is helpful, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• A friendly, professional communication style and the ability to explain insurance options simply and confidently.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and grow your income.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment where activity, follow-up, and accountability matter.
