We are looking for motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing auto insurance agency. This is a 100% commission-based position with

UNCAPPED

earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Handle inbound and outbound leads Contact potential customers and provide auto insurance quotes Sell auto insurance policies Explain coverage options and help customers find the right coverage Follow up with potential customers Provide excellent customer service Meet and exceed sales goals

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Must be 18 years or older ✅ Fluent English required ✅ Must have a valid California Department of Insurance Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) license Additional languages are a plus Strong communication skills Motivated and goal-oriented Sales-driven and hardworking

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
