Duties Conduct outside sales efforts to identify potential clients and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and networking. Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies by explaining coverage options, benefits, and terms clearly and confidently. Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and following up on policy renewals or claims. Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Support marketing initiatives by promoting insurance products through telemarketing campaigns or community events, including multilingual outreach when applicable. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex information. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to assess client needs accurately. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer populations effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy and benefits administration is a plus. Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies that drive customer engagement is advantageous.
