Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including outreach and community engagement Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy changes Utilize analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new sales opportunities Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Assist with benefits administration and educate clients on available options Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly Strong negotiation skills and sales acumen Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases Proficiency in sales administration software and marketing tools Demonstrated analysis skills for market research and client needs assessment Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable but not required; training will be provided

Pay Information:

Base Pay of $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. Commissions and bonuses included in the potential pay. Potential earning is unlimited based on production.
