Full Time Monday-Thursday 9:00-6:00 Friday 9:00-5:00 Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales and Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and expanding our client base. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
• Provide guidance on claims procedures and assist clients with the claim process
• Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
• Keep detailed records of policies and provide regular updates to clients Skills
• Bilingual proficiency Spanish/English is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in sales 2+ years
• Telemarketing experience is a plus
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
