Are you a motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agent eager to make an impact? Join our U65 team (Limited Med private plans for people under the age of 65

Your Responsibilities:

Connect with high-intent prospects and provide expert guidance on health insurance options Assess client needs and recommend the best health, dental and vision plans Build strong client relationships with top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize both telemarketing and sales techniques to maximize conversions Stay informed on industry changes and collaborate with a results-driven team

What We're Looking For:

Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License with current CE's Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Track record of meeting/exceeding targets (past insurance sales experience in a call center setting is preferred) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude This is an on-site position. Absolutely NO remote work
