Role & Responsibilities:

For Licensed Producers (2-15, 2-20, 4-40): Conduct outbound sales calls and handle inbound warm leads for home, auto, health, life, and commercial accounts. Evaluate customer needs, provide quotes, compare policy coverage, and bind new business. Cross-sell existing policyholders to maximize client retention and account revenue.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Insurance License (2-15 Life & Health, 2-20 General Lines, or 4-40 Customer Service) strongly preferred; OR 1+ years of phone-based sales, telemarketing, hospitality, or customer-facing experience with a drive to get licensed. Strong phone presence, high energy, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer and CRM proficiency.

Total Expected First-Year Earnings:

$55,000

•$85,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses)
