A local mid-market agency is looking for a highly motivated individual for their Commercial Lines CSR . Individual should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities:

Working with primarily Commercial lines Provide exemplary customer service to clients Accurately input policy updates and account information Communicate with client and producer in regard to policy and coverage related questions and information. Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ's Ability to market various products Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships Desired skills: Commercial Lines 2-20 or 4-40 License Required Minimum 3 years experience Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills Goal oriented and self-motivated Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems Experience with AMS360 management software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Industry designations are a plus My name is Danielle Lesefske.
