Analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate health insurance products, explain benefits, and cross-sell solutions. Manage leads, conduct outbound calls, meet/exceed sales targets, and develop long-term customer relationships. Build community presence through networking, events, business development, enrollment support, and public engagement. Requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, HS diploma/GED, Florida 2-15/2-40 license, strong communication, MS Office skills, and flexible availability.

Pay:

$25.00 - $25.75 per hour
